Subject: Coping

As always...how to cope is something different for everyone. I wish I had a
great "motto" that works for me. I find that I am just so "thankful" for
everyday that I can function in my new "norm".

It may sound ridiculous...I am just so happy right now. I do all the normal
"stuff" other healthy people are doing. And I will keep doing it ...until I
can not. I am not searching for a way to function....I am functioning..not
searching for a way to cope....just decided to do so....not looking for an answer
that I will not find.

I am going to do & watch ...& sing ...& laugh...as much as I can...because I
still can. I pray everyday to be here to see my kids graduate high
school...and then if I make that...I will start praying to see them through college (I
pray to all gods...any god that will listen...ha!) I have 4 years of high
school to go.

I am no longer bothered by the stupid comments of people who do not know what
to say to me....I cherish the time with friends & family that I love.
Everyday I make good....is a gift to myself & my family....

I honor those family members & friends that have passed away..by living
everyday the way they taught me...with great gusto & laughter.....I am done now.
Love,
Amy (LA)
